The ELCOGAS IGCC power station is included in the Ordinary Electrical Power Production System and is registered on the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade's Administrative Register of Ordinary System Electrical Power Production Installations.
ELCOGAS is an independent agent on the electricity market and sells the power from its ELCOGAS IGCC power station on the organized electric power production market. It is also authorized to do so in any of the forms of sale with physical supply. As an electricity producer, it makes energy supply offers through Market and System operators.
ELCOGAS receives the revenue from its power sale transactions directly and is responsible for its correct settlement.
