Agreement between ELCOGAS and Electric Power Development Co. Ltd. (J-POWER) to promote the information exchange in accordance with research and development of IGCC and CO2 capture technology, technical information in operation and maintenance of IGCC and CO2 capture test facilities, actions and corporate strategies towards the global warming issues. The agreement will be valid for a period of five years since August 1st 2011.
