ELCOGAS set up a Technological Group in order to respond to the needs for knowledge acquisition and to support IGCC technology demonstration. This has allowed the consolidation of useful tools for training and operating analysis as well as specific programs in the materials and environment fields.

- Research on the composition of the syngas obtained by co-gasification of different waste to determine its feasibility for use as fuel in the gas turbine.
